Longboat Key Florida, Waiting Out Stormy Weather

Longboat Key Florida is a regular stop for us whenever we are cruising the west coast of Florida. However, on this visit, the weather turned bad on our second day on the hook. So we moved to shore and tied up at Moore’s Stone Crab Restaurant for our second night. Dockage is free if you have dinner at the restaurant. Dinner was great and we felt better tied to the dock during the high winds and rain that night.
