Great stories and information that you have shared. I have purchased and read your book about the benefits of trailering trawlers, etc. And I just listened to your Ranger Tugs Blog. Fascinating, to say the least! Wondering if you might spare 15 minutes to speak with me by phone. I am originally from Michigan and live in Colorado now. Kim, thanks for the note. Toba Wildernest is one of our favorite boating spots. The atmosphere there is amazing and the water has an effervescence we have not encountered in all our cruising adventures. Have you been to Chatterbox Falls? Also a top favorite of ours.

We had the pleasure of staying at Toba in Sept. 2019 for just one night but it was a memorable experience. We did some hiking in the morning after our overnight stay and found some wonderful hiking trails. Kyle was very helpful during our stay which ended up with just our boat being there overnight. The facilities that have been built up by Kyle and Andrea are very comfortable and we will look forward to a visit at some point during the summer period to experience during a vibrant time. My wife and I have been full timing in a 30′ 5th wheel, along the east coast and south out to Palm Springs, ca. What we have discovered is if money is no object you can KOA camp in as big a rig as you can handle. But if saving a few $$$ and doing some scenic camping you will need to limit your rig to 30′ or less. Lee
