It is not for everyone but we love the relaxation, serenity and peace it brings to us each year. We pretty much eat “from the sea” as far as protein goes so each day is a challenge to restock a bit. We read, fish, clean, nap, write in the journal, listen to music and just hang out. Like I said, it is not for everyone but it is for us.
