Hi, David! We love our new Ranger Tug R25. We've had three Ranger Tugs, an R27, R29 and now the R25. The design of the two later boats is far different from our first tug. The R25 is a mini version of the R29. We loved our first tug, the R27, however I have to say that I do prefer the updated design, mostly because of the greater visibility created by the new window design. Livability on the R25 works for us, we are still fine-tuning our storage space issues, a few luxury items had to go. This is our first boat with an outboard. After almost eight months on board, I have to say we like the ease of maintenance and opportunity for speed when needed. Hope this answered your questions.
