Margie, thanks for the congrats and good wishes. I’m sure Patti relayed the message that we thought often of calling you guys but we were on such a tight schedule it seemed almost to much to accomplish this time out. We plan to return in 2013 and spend several months just in the PNW. Hope all is well with you and Walt.
